How Grace Real Estate uses cookies and similar technologies, and how you control them.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website asks your browser to store. They are what let a site remember something between one page and the next — that you are signed in, which filters you picked, or that you have already answered a question like this one. Similar technologies such as localStorage do the same job, and this policy covers them too.
We ask first
We do not set anything on your device beyond the strictly necessary until you tell us we may. There are no pre-ticked boxes, refusing is exactly as easy as accepting, and carrying on browsing is not treated as agreement. If you refuse, the site works normally — we do not withhold content in exchange for consent.
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat that as a refusal of analytics and marketing — both start switched off, and if you had previously allowed them we stop. We still ask, so that you know what is on offer, and you are free to turn them on yourself.

Help us understand which listings and pages people find useful, so we can improve them. We only ever look at this in aggregate.
Marketing
Used to show you property advertising on other websites and to measure whether those adverts worked.
Everything we currently set
This table is generated from the site’s own configuration, so it lists what is actually set rather than what someone remembered to write down. At present we set no analytics or advertising cookies at all — the functional, analytics and marketing categories exist so that if that ever changes, your choice is already on record and will be honoured from the moment it does.

How long your choice lasts
We keep your decision for 180 days and then ask again. We also ask again if we change what the categories cover, since your agreement only ever applied to what you were told at the time.
When you make a choice we record it, so we can show that it was given — the categories you picked, when, which version of this notice you saw, and your browser’s user agent. We store a one-way hash of your IP address rather than the address itself, which lets us tell two decisions apart without keeping a record of where you were.
Changing your mind
Use the button above, or the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page. Withdrawing is as easy as consenting and takes effect immediately for anything not yet loaded.
